| Bill Curtis has helped hundreds of people relocate into Arizona since 1978 and is committed to pleasing them. He "sells with his ears," listening carefully to his clients needs and wants. Together with his partner, Matt Becker, they have logged over $300 million in sales since starting their full time real estate careers. They have owned and operated 3 separate real estate companies, including one in Payson. Prior to moving to Arizona in 1974, Bill was a Wall Street stockbroker. Keenly aware of investment potentials, he is careful to guide his clients to value and appreciation potential. Among the top 5% in sales nationally, Bill builds his reputation one buyer at a time. "Referrals are what it's all about. People like what you've done for them and recommend you to their friends and families. That's how I built my business." Highly credentialed, he is an Associate Broker, ABR, CRS, GRI. Real estate and cars are his passion. He rounds out his life enjoying his two daughters and two grandsons. Matt Becker has been a Valley of the Sun resident since 1960. His vast knowledge of the Northeast Valley, including Scottsdale, Carefree/Cave Creek, Paradise Valley, Biltmore, Arcadia, and Pinnacle Peak, has helped buyers find their dream homes in their dream communities since 1978. Through his extensive experience with developers and custom home builders, Matt can direct his clients not only into homes of enduring value, whether new construction or resale, but can also help in the selection of choice home sites. As a "Thunderbird," (graduate of the American Graduate School of International Management), Matt is accustomed to working with people's diverse wants and needs. The professional affiliations he has made through the Realtor organization as Past President, as well as 26 years of sales with other brokers, creates a network of contacts that is indispensable in locating just the right property for his buyers. Matt, too, is highly-credentialed: an Associate Broker, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). "After all," quips Matt, "knowledge, experience, and great service are what people want most from their Realtors. That's what it's all about!" When not "hard at work," Matt enjoys his two daughters, and travels extensively throughout the United States, skiing when time allows. |
